Welcome to Casa Feliz. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (www.villacasafeliz.com) and the rental of our holiday property located in Portugal. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Booking Agreement

By placing a booking through our website or affiliated booking platforms, you are entering into a rental agreement with Casa Feliz. Bookings are confirmed only after payment and written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

2. Rates and Payment

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are listed on your booking confirmation. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-approved and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Identification Requirements

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must provide valid passport or national ID details at check-in. This data is submitted to the national immigration authority (AIMA/SEF) and is a legal requirement for all tourist accommodations.

5. House Rules

Guests must follow all posted house rules and behave responsibly. No parties, loud music, or illegal activities are allowed. Guests who violate rules or disturb neighbors may be asked to leave without refund.

6. Liability and Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay. Casa Feliz is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft, unless caused by our negligence. We recommend guests carry appropriate travel insurance.

7. Use of Website

All content on our website is owned by Casa Feliz or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any part of the site. Website usage is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are specified during the booking process. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to timing and the terms agreed at booking. Force majeure events may affect refund eligibility.

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make changes to our services, website, or policies at any time. If we must cancel your reservation for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
